We just received our second home treatment from Walker Pest Management. While our first experience was good, this one was exceptional. Jesse took his time treating our home (inside, outside, attic, & crawl space) with care, thoroughly, preventative measures, and with specific attention to eliminating earwigs, which we had seen a few of recently. He was very respectful, in speech and actions. He asked questions and listened well before treating our home, in order to adequately address any concerns. Jesse even left us his number for us to reach out if we had any issues. He told us that he “doesn’t accept defeat,” so if we had any issues in the next two weeks to let him know and he would be back to help solve the issue. I could not be more pleased with his service! And I cannot recommend Walker Pest Management enough!
