Both the office rep and the serviceman were very friendly and polite even though a further adjustment of the installed toilet tank "guts" was required the next day. I did not compare price with any other place so cannot rate the cost. Everything is functioning fine now and they give a discount to seniors and a 90-day guarantee on parts and labor.
