Jose showed up on time and was polite and professional. He was thoughtful and took the time to answer all of our questions. He worked diligently on our blocked sewer pipe (unfortunately to no avail) but gave us a fair estimate to install a new clean-out and clear the main line. I greatly appreciate that A-1 Total Service Plumbing honored the warranty on this issue as well!
