John and Tito arrived to my house after working a tough job and a long day. What they were hoping would be a quick and easy job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated due to the house being older and the kitchen plumbing system having lots of corrosion. Regardless, John quickly assessed the problem, made sure he had what he needed to take care of the job, and immediately got to work. He was quick, diligent, and got my sink working better than before in no time. He even went above and beyond and helped unclog the drain and got it working like new.
