John and Tito arrived to my house after working a tough job and a long day. What they were hoping would be a quick and easy job turned out to be more difficult than anticipated due to the house being older and the kitchen plumbing system having lots of corrosion. Regardless, John quickly assessed the problem, made sure he had what he needed to take care of the job, and immediately got to work. He was quick, diligent, and got my sink working better than before in no time. He even went above and beyond and helped unclog the drain and got it working like new. Removed run a drain line from under kitchen sink install new Basket strainer and two-part tray waist and P-trap
Install a new garbage disposal supplied by customer and new bathroom faucet

Plumber to diagnose Takagi tankless water heater found to have a bad heat exchanger.
Plumber to replace undermount lavatory sink,pop up drain, ptrap and santee.
Plumber to repair water heater by replacing malfunctioning gas control valve with a replacement from Rheem the manufacturer.
Remove 75 commercial water heater and install New 100 gallon water heater.
