Mr. Joey, Mr. Dale was one of the most professional and honest individuals I have had the opportunity to work with in a long time. Little did Mr. Dale know, prior to meeting me, that customer service is very important to me and he didn’t disappoint me one bit. He actually went above and beyond as far as I am concerned. He was very honest and upfront with me, gave me options and simply suggested, based on his experience, the best option which would save us money. He didn’t push any option one way or another. Not only that but, barring a problem, it would be fixed the same day. I was skeptical but extremely impressed when he was true to his word. Mr. Dale and his associates worked tirelessly to complete my job on time. In talking to Mr. Dale, he informed me that he is simply doing his job and that is what the owner expects on each and every job. I can tell you that I would work for you any day and will not hesitate to refer your Company to anyone. My final thought, hang on to Mr. Dale as, in my humble opinion, he is an asset to your Company.
