I had 3 issues to fix. Kyle and his partner, Michael, went right to work on the water softener to figure out why it was not working properly. After a few tests to find the problem Kyle let me know what it was. His partner, Michael, worked on the second problem while Kyle worked on the third problem. After gathering all the problem information, Kyle worked out 3 situations in which they could fix each problem. I was very pleased with choosing an option knowing what the price was to fix the problems and Kyle worked it out so they could do all the work on the same day. I was excited that they got all the work done early and everything looked great! Thank you Kyle and Michael!
