I contacted A & A Plumbing due to a toilet issue. Exceptional customer service provided in obtaining an appointment. Kyle H, service technician arrived and immediately began taking the necessary steps in alleviating the problem. He explained each step accomplished to ensure my wife and me were kept abreast of the work being performed. Issue was resolved in timely manner. Kyle was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I've used this company in the past and will continue to use in the future. Hopefully will be able to obtain Kyle again for our next service.
