David is a true gem. He is knowledgeable and explains the process from start to finish. He understands the customer's anxiety levels and shows pictures to support the explanation of work to be done. He provide excellent customer service. When other workers will be left to perform a given task, he gives a formal introduction before leaving. David is definitely an asset to the company.
