Our hot water heater stopped functioning as expected late yesterday, so we called A & A this morning (a Sunday) hoping to schedule a visit. They agreed to come out in the early afternoon (SAME DAY!!) for a relatively small fee, considering it was the weekend. The team confirmed that our water heater was shot (it was very old) and had actually brought a replacement with them to install if we needed one immediately. After agreeing on a price, they took care of everything within a few hours and we now how hot water again!!
