Came out to inspect leaky tub and shower valve, found high water pressure. Water pressure at 140psi ,advised installing of new water pressure regulator,cartridge replacement. Also found gas leak next to water heater. Repaired gas leak. All American Plumbing. AAP Technician Carlos Rocha
