AAP Home Services was called to find a leak in a garage... We found the water heater to have burst causing water damage... We removed the old water heater and stand... We replaced the old wooden platform with a new steel stand and anchored it to the wall... Then we mounted a new 50 gallon Bradford white high efficiency water heater with new connections...
