Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived at location and found two toilets customer wants replaced, a kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet and three angle stops. We completed everything but the toilets today. Will return tomorrow around 11 o’clock to install toilets. Will turn the water off to the home and change the angle stops. We did turn the water back on and tested for leaks and proper function everything is working properly at this time. 3-9-21 Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived at location and attempted to install two new toilets. One toilet in the very front of house that was not flushing before is now flushing with the new toilet and new supply line. The toilet that was flushing towards the back of the house is not flushing anymore we poured 5 gallon buckets down it and it went down no problem so we know it’s not a drainage issue the toilet is defective. We will return tomorrow with a brand new toilet the tank is fine we will also install a new customer faucet due to customer does not like the
Ace Pelizon Plumbing found master bathroom sink slow draining, will cable line through top of drain to clear line. Ace Pelizon Plumbing determined sludge was causing the slow drain. Ace Pelizon Plumbing determined guest restroom left sink backed up, will cable through top of drain to clear drain. Guest restroom right sink pop up assembly was taken apart, put back together and tested for leaks and function. Ace Pelizon Plumbing determined the kitchen sink was not spraying correctly, so we removed aerator and cleaned, also soaked pull out faucet in vinegar and tested. All areas are flowing with no back ups. Poured bio line down all drains for preventative maintenance.
