Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a main line stoppage. Upon arrival found kitchen sink bathroom sink and toilets backed up. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will run 5/8 in x 100 ft cable through accessible cleanout to attempt to clear blockage. Will run cable up to three times to attempt to clear line. Ace pelizon successfully cleared out main sewer line.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak coming from upstairs downstairs upon arrival Ace Pelizon Plumbing found leak coming from closet ring. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut off water to toilet. Will drain toilet, unmount toilet from closet flange & remove & dispose of existing wax gasket. Will clean & prep closet flange for new wax gasket. Will clear toilet stoppage by removing removing object in toilet bowl. Will reset toilet, restore water to toilet, test & adjust for proper function.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a toilet running/leaking inside. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found standard height round bowl Briggs toilet. Removed lid and found flapper is not sealing. Attempted to shut water off from multi turn shut off valve. Valve works and does not leak. Supply line is reinforced rubber. Rebuild of existing toilet located in second bathroom.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a call to inspect plumbing because of brown water coming out of faucets. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found house was built in 1950. Water piping from meter to house is galvanized. Water piping in home is galvanized. Tech spoke with customer on site and was informed that they do not live in the home and plumbing only gets occasional use. Rusty pipe with limited use are cause for brown water. Tech informed customer that the only correction for this issue is a whole home repipe. Ace Pelizon Plumbing walked property and visually inspected bathrooms and fixtures. Home is raised foundation. Water heater located in exterior shed. Washer and dryer located in exterior enclosure. There are 4 hose bibs on exterior of home. There are 3 connections for exterior water lines from house that will require isolation valves. Kitchen sink is standard deck mount against wall. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a possible water leak. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water coming out curb cut drain in front of home. Tech can hear water movement in water system in master bathroom/closet of master bedroom. Tech found pressure drop on system when building is isolated. Verified not an irrigation leak. Checked meter and found .4 gpm movement of digital meter. No visible signs of water in closet access panel located in master bedroom closet. Piping for master bathroom shower is not visible. Leak is most likely on cold water system. This is customers second slab leak. Will present options for complete repipe, leak detection and repair based on findings.
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a backflow discharging continuously. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found existing Wilkins 975xl2 backflow device discharging continuously while on site. Unknown full extent of necessary repairs without disabling device. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut water off to system and dissemble existing backflow to determine if any other parts beside rubber components are damaged. Tech found that relief valve assembly is cracked and allowing water to leak from relief valve opening. Re assembled device and will present on site contact with options for repair or replacement at this time. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will rebuild existing backflow device with all new internal components at this time. Work approved by Angel on previous visit

Ace Pelizon Plumbing will run 5/8 in x 100 ft cable through accessible cleanout to attempt to clear blockage. Will run cable up to three times to attempt to clear line. Ace Pelizon Plumbing successfully clear main sewer line, found roots. Ace Pelizon Plumbing also found water heater relief valve is not hard piped outside of garage needs to be installed.

Ace Pelizon Plumbing found existing 40 gallon tank style gas hot water heater located on mezzanine above bathrooms in center of building. *water heater is free standing and not secured. Plumbing for building is galvanized. Will present options for water heater install based on conversation with on site contact Dan. Removed existing water heater from mezzanine. Cleaned area and prepped for install of new 40 gallon water heater. Framed floor to ceiling studs with blocking to secure water heater to mezzanine. Installed drain pan and drain line terminating in basin sink located in warehouse. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will install new gas valve, gas flex line, pressure expansion tank, earthquake straps, t and p drain line and gas drip leg. Installed 3/4 ball valve on cold side. Connected with new stainless steel flex lines. Installed new vent connections at water heater. Strapped and secured drain lines to wall. Restored water to
Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a backed up laundry drain line. Found kitchen sink/laundry line backed up. Ran cable through laundry drain line and front clean out to clear line. Ran water in both lines as well to ensure no back ups. Line is clear and flowing at this time.
