Called Ackerman Plumbing very early in the morning and left a message on their machine. They called BEFORE they opened and Dale was at my house before 9:00! Told me exactly what they were doing, an approximate price before they started, and fixed everything that day. I highly recommend joining the Members Club.....waives the service fee, and adds a discount at the end. Because of their expertise, my fiancé and I have no plumbing worries anymore! Kim is awesome, too!!!
