Hello, Kim was very helpful and fast in scheduling appointment and courteous. She called to let me know when Eric the technician was on his way. Eric was very quick and knowledgeable. He explained things and reassured me the gas appliances were back working order after disconnecting the gas at the meter to cap off natural gas line to a gas grill. 5 stars to both Eric and Kim!
