Building main line backed up. Ran snake day prior but could not clear completely. Ran camera down main line and found broken sewer main. jetted out debri and main line. Reran Camera down pipe and found Root intruation threw bottom of pipe. Excavated ground 3 feet to expose pipe. Saw cut concrete. Cut and replaced with new 4 in pipe and new couplings. Back filled dirt and patched new concrete.
Unit 151 called in because there was water all over her bathroom floor. When I arrived I found that the toilet had backed up out of toilet. I tried to auger toilet first to clear but was unsuccessful. In order to clear toilet I had to pull toilet and run my cable thru toilet flange. I ran my entire length of cable (75 ft) back and forth for 2 hours trying to clear main line. I was finally able to get line clear, but for how long I am unclear. There needs to be a clean out installed between units so I can run my camera down stream to find out bigger issue. Spoke to Heidi over phone to let her know the situation, but I believe problem is not 100% fixed. I will be in contact in the morning to inform Virginia of my findings and my permanent solution.
Estimate to s tall single handle shower valve through back wall. Will install brass to transition to copper for new valve with smithy plate.
Cut customers clean out riser in lawn flush with grass. Also tightened nut for sink drain to stop leak.
Found cracked hose bib on roof of building. Looks as if someone tapped into hose bib that came out the back of building. Line ran up The side of building and across floor top. Shut down water to building and changed out hose bib. Turned water back on to building and bib is no longer leaking. Water is still running of side of building due to the large amount of water on roof top.
Bathroom shower was backed up I was able to snake and clear the line. Front yard clean out needed to be trimmed down about 4 inches $77 drian cleaning $125 for clean out. $202
