Building main line backed up. Ran snake day prior but could not clear completely. Ran camera down main line and found broken sewer main. jetted out debri and main line. Reran Camera down pipe and found Root intruation threw bottom of pipe. Excavated ground 3 feet to expose pipe. Saw cut concrete. Cut and replaced with new 4 in pipe and new couplings. Back filled dirt and patched new concrete.
Upon inspection of Nest thermostat found to be flashing low battery. Removed thermostat from the wall and found to only have 4 wires installed. Went into attic and wired in a common wire for thermostat and check unit for 24 volt power. Found unit in attic to be ok at this time. Went to thermostat and added the common wire and installed the thermostat back on the wall. At this time thermostat is operating under manual mode due to no internet connection and low battery flash. 30 day labor warranty.
Upon arrival found laundry line backing up. Pulled clean out cap off ran washer then snaked laundry line. Ran water from hose into clean out for 10 no back ups present. $85.00

Provide and install new 2 ton 45,000 btu furnace and evaporator coil in closet of townhome. Remove the existing furnace and coil from the closet and prep platform for new the system to be installed. Tape and seal all joints and seams in closet pertaining to work area. New furnace to be mounted on a filter base and new pleated air filter to be installed. Connection to existing gas line and condensate drains. Will clear the drain with nitrogen to ensure unit drains properly. Included in pricing. New filter base, filter, removal of existing equipment from jobsite. Not included in price. City fees, permits and duct testing. Customer called in because water was running out of side of house thru stucco. Upon arrival I found the kitchen sink was backed up. I ran my 1/2 cable thru clean out and cleared drain. Once drain was cleared I ran 2 sink full of water to test drain. I noticed when the sink was draining the full sink it was still pouring out of stucco. I cut a square out of stucco and found that the abs drain was broken which caused the leaking and water damage to home. I cut out broken section of pipe and installed new 1 1/2x2 in San tee, 2 in clean out with cap and new pipe.
Found hot water slab leak in laundry room. Performed reroute in home. 1 year warranty on labor and craftsmanship.
