Found hot water slab leak in laundry room. Performed reroute in home. 1 year warranty on labor and craftsmanship.
Arrived on property for leaking service. Found there to be a failed section of 1 inch copper. Turned water off and drained the line. Cut out failed section and plumbed in new 1 inch copper. Turned water back on and tested. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.
Called out to install customer provided water softener
Customer had a hot water slab leak coming from 3/4 manifold. Located leak and jackhammered concrete to expose leak. Cut out 8 in section of 3/4 copper which had a pin hole in it. Once repair was made I turned water back and tested for leaks. No leaks present at time of repair. Added sand to exposed are and rough patched with concrete. 1 year warranty on section repaired. Allstar not responsible for remainder of 3/4 line.
Found slab leak in slab in laundry room. First manifold is behind the water heater and the second manifold is behind the washer in the laundry room. To reroute the 3/4" line we would need to remove approx 12 square feet total of drywall in the bathroom corridor and laundry room. Run approx 20-30' of PEX piping to the next manifold. Turn on water and check for leaks. Total $2550.00 1 year warranty on crasftmanship and labor.
