The technician was supposed to come to evaluate the corroded water heater All-star installed in April 2014 and the appointment was Sunday between 10 and 12 noon. He arrived at 12:15. He said he can do repairs the following week together with installing a new toilet bowl, fix leaking shower heads in 2 bathrooms, and he promised to come at 1 pm and finish in 4 hours. I rescheduled all my patients that afternoon to be there at home when he is there. On the day before, the technician cancelled, saying that he was assigned a bigger job wherein another customer had to use him because they "absolutely had no water." I informed the dispatcher of my disappointment and he assured me that there will be another technician they will assign so I don't waste my taking off that afternoon. That Tuesday I waited came home at 1 pm, waited and waited for 4 hours and the dispatcher said they couldn't get anybody to come until after 5 pm. I told the dispatcher that the job entailed 4 hours of work. He replied that some technicians work even up to 9 pm. I said I have to go to work early as I have to see patients early so I rescheduled a technician to just do it the following Sunday. He assured me the technician will be there at 8 am. The technician arrived at 9 am. I was quoted $650 for installing a new toilet bowl. He told me I could buy the toilet bowl myself which I did, thinking I could save money. He asked me how much was the toilet bowl and I replied $300. So I asked him how much was the installation. He answered $350. Therefore, I did not save any money by buying the toilet bowl myself. As the day went on, he found more and more things wrong with the bathroom plumbing, thus, the original estimate went up by $500 more. The job was finished at 2:20 pm. I had to cancel attending the birthday party of my friend. The floor he worked on waz wet with the old toilet bowl fluid. The contents of thrcabinets under the sink was not put back In place. Our carpet upstairs got wet and dirty. At close to $2,000 worth of labor and supplies I had to pay, the job was messy, and not worth it, not to mention the monetary loss from cancelling my patients 5 days before. I do not recommend All-star Home Services. They have no coordination and all they care is the bottom line.

Home backed up from within home due to offset in pipe customer knows about issue from previous plumber. Two way clean out was installed from another company and had a camera inspection preformed to determine offset up stream into home . After running mainline machine about 45 feet inward towards home from two way clean out in front of home was successful in reaching offset to free up blockage . System as of now is currently draining with normal water flow. Owner will have septic tank pumped on Friday to insure tank it ready for new tenants usage.

I replaced the cold side supply line because the old one was leakin* due to electois. I also replaced the hot side recirculation line nipple comeing out of the bottom of heater. The installer used black pipe for water. I installed the toilet up stairs customer supplied I replaced hot and cold shower cartridge for delta shower valve in master bath and in hall way bath I replaced 5 angle stops in the hall way restroom 1 year warranty $1725.00
Did leak detection now that walls had been removed and found a completely cracked and broken pvc pipe that was mid wall in the attic that exited the home. Cut out section of bad pvc pipe and 90 and replaced with new pipe and pvc 90. When a/c was on the water came out as a steady stream.
