Jason was on time and called to let me know when he was about 20 minutes away. He explained everything to me and quoted prices as he went along and gave me options for what could be done. Options ranged from cheaper but no guarantee to more expensive and with a guarantee. I never felt like Jason was trying to upsell me on anything. He let me take my time to decide and went along with my decision without any pressure.

I was very impressed with how quickly the company was able to send a tech. Normally I have to schedule a week out with my last company. Aldo was a great tech. Very patient with all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

Provide and install new 3.5 ton 16 seer split system in attic of home. Scope of work. Pump down and or recover the existing refrigerant charge in system. Once all refrigerant is out of the system will proceed to disconnect existing furnace and coil in garage of home.. Run new copper line set through attic of home and down back wall to new condenser. Install a new disconnect and whip to unit and upgrade the service breaker in the electrical panel to proper size for system. In main attic remove the existing ductwork from the attic and haul away from jobsite with existing equipment. Install new ductwork to existing supply cans and install 2 new supply runs in den and kitchen of home. All supply and return grills to be replaced to bar type and or curve blade pending on location in home. Remove all attic insulation before work to commence. Will air gap seal and have new blown in insulation done to R38 value. Included in pricing. City fees, permits, duct testing, programmable thermos
Arrived on property to hook up new gas shut off for the oven. First removed the existing valve and installed shorter nipple and new shut off. Hooked gas up to new oven and tested. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.
Customer had a leak in the ceiling of staff men's room. The women's restroom is directly above men's. Upon further inspection I found that the 2 in cast iron ptrap was rotted out and leaking water from floor drain. I opened the ceiling in men's room and removed old ptrap. I replaced ptrap with new fitting and new bands. 1 year warranty on craftsmanship.
Customer is looking to install 3 water meters to each one of her tenants. I would need to shut down water to each unit and install new meter to each build up. I will install a new meter after the pressure regulator and run new pipe over to existing copper. Once connected. Will turn water back on to unit and check for leaks. Price includes labor and materials. One year warranty on craftsmanship.
Performed gas test in attic. Found no leaks on existing gas system in home. Also checked valve and dryer in garage.
Customers back to back sink and dishwasher drain was getting back up when dishwasher was drained. This ok cap off 1 1/2 stub out and ran cart jetter thru drain to clear obstruction. Once jetted I filled sinks up and dishwasher. Drained all at same time and no back up.
Left estimate of $1525 to replace water heater
Pump out grease interceptor in back of bakery. Pump went out and would not pump grease. Customer opted to not have us install macerating pump.
Arrived on site found area of opened drywall above hall bath toilet, area looked to be damaged from toilet though customer changed toilet 8 months ago. Flushed toilet multiple times no leaks were present no charge.
Upon inspection of ac unit found unit to be operating with the compressor running. Replaced the dual run capacitor and the hard start kit. Turned power back on to unit and the compressor kicked on instantly. Attached service gauges to unit found freon pressures to be good at this time. Ac unit is working at this time. 30 day labor warranty and manufacturers warranty on parts.
