Ryan promptly responded to my call of service. Upon arrival he had my septic line cleared and back in working order in less than 1/2 hour. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

It was great service, got an appointment right away, technician showed up on time was clean with a great attitude. It was good except that he turned on the system and all of winters thick dust was blown into the house. That was sad. I had just dusted. Other than that he was great and said I would get a discount on a maintenance call in June when they came out to check for the short. Other than that he was great.

Our water heater repair was not without hiccups and frustrations, hence the loss of a star. Those issues did not apply, however, to plumbers Joe V. and Ericsen P., both of whom were great. These 2 service pros both get a thankful 5 stars! Ericsen was especially conscientious and thoughtful. His dedication to getting it right is what will make me call again should the need arise. The office and diagnosticians just need to catch up in customer service to the quality of its plumbers, and then this will be a 5-star service all the way.

Called out to install customer supplied shampoo faucet handle
Upon arrival customer had pinhole leak out front of home on main water feed to home. The line was exposed removed tee with pinhole leak. Reattached frommmain feed to home soldered and checked for leaks, none present 1 year labor warranty on repair. Customer also had 2 other leaks in their backyard. Those quotes will be submitted as an estimate of best and worst case scenario.
Arrived on property and found the faucet to be broken and causing water damage in restroom. Also shut offs under vanity were failing. Shut water off to home and drained system. Removed existing shut offs and found a cracked pipe leaking in the wall. Removed failed nipple and replaced with new nipple. I then installed both new shut offs and tested. Then installed new faucet and pop up assembly. Tested install to ensure proper function. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.
Upon inspection of the ac unit found unit to have a bad control contactor. Shut down unit and removed the bad part. Installed a new contactor and run tested unit. Found unit to be operating normal at this time. Also washed out the condenser coil due the a lot of dirt on coil.
Upon inspection of dual side wall furnace found unit to be off on a temp safety. Reset the safety switch and the furnace kicked on. Tested unit muiltple times from the thermostat and unit cycled on and off each time. If problem keeps occurring will need to replace the high temp safety switch. Wall mounted furnace is operating at this time.
Customer will be purchasing new handle that operates on hot and cold and any necessary parts for the job Remove old handle and vacuum breaker Install new single handle for wash basin sink/hair wash sink Clean work area
