We installed a new Flo by Moen smart water shut off valve on existing galvanized water service riser. Tested and programmed all working properly. American Plumbing Service was called out to Beaumont Ca due to no hot water, upon arrival found customer has Rheem water heater that is no longer under warranty, advised customer or repair vs replacement options and customer choose to replace water heater. Removed old 50 gallon Rheem water heater and installed new 50 gallon Bradford white water heater with new hot and cold water supply lines, gas flex line and thermal expansion tank. Tested and system is working properly.
