I was told we needed a part replaced because of a leak behind the wall in the shower. The repair was over a thousand dollars. I agreed to the repair worried that a leak is a major problem. Come to find out, there was no leak! I had to pay for the repair since the plumber ripped out the wall behind the faucet already. When I asked him why he told me there was a leak, when in fact there wasn't, he just looked at me and said it would have probably eventually leaked. Customer beware. I paid for an extremely expensive repair thar wasn't needed in my opinion. There was no leak.

William came to my house to unclog one of my toilets (my 1 year old intentionally flushed one of his cars in smh). I must say he was extremely professional. While I may seem anal, I usually ask people to wear shoe covers to walk in on my premises and he was the only person out of at least 20 people who came in to service something my place to put them on, without even being asked! He would even take them off and put them back on every time he’d leave and come back on my property. Second, he had no issue with me watching as he was performing the work. Some people would tell you they’re uncomfortable being watched while they’re working. To me, it just demonstrates that the technician can do the job I always feel more comfortable laying eyes on the person for at least a few minutes while they’re performing the work. He performed the work in a really timely manner, and I even had some extra non-related questions that he did not hesitate to take the time and answer. Overall, best technician that I’ve had work on my property in over a year that I’ve been here. Him aside, it was super easy to schedule an appointment through the company, and get the work done. I really recommend this company.
