We cut open the ceiling to locate the source of the leak and found a 2” abs drain for the upstairs restroom and laundry drain was broken at the tee, we cut out the faulty fitting and replaced with a new abs comby and repair couplings. Performed leak detection to locate leak and located in footing on 3/4 cold water main feed line. Cut out flooring and jackhammered floor to expose leak. Cut out and replaced faulty section of water line. Turned water on and tested all working properly and no leaks. Backfilled with new sand and rough patched concrete.
Called out to Murrieta Ca, for a leaking water heater. Removed existing whirlpool water heater from stand in garage and installed new 50 gallon Bradford White water heater with new hot and cold water flex lines, thermal expansion tank, sediment trap, gas flex line and drain pan, reconnected existing vent, straps and hooked up T&p line, tested all working properly and no leaks. Hauled away old unit per customer request.
