The technician was professional , polite and very knowledgeable. Upon greeting him at the door he introduce himself, confirmed the reason for the visit,assess the situation and instantly identify the problem and was able to resolve it. Run cable through clean out into city tap to unclog the main line. We will also run a free camera with this.
Remove toilet Run cable 75 ft to city until clog is unclogged Put toilet back on and flush toilets Check for leaks
Apex plumbing will sweat off the old hose bib and sweat on a new hose bib in his place. Apex plumbing might need to sweat off to 45 degree copper fitting to make the repair. All work has a one year parts and labor warranty

Customer called about main line stoppage. Ran washing machine and it backed up into shower. Will cable from roof vents and run camera. Will give further recommendations. Ran cable and camera from roof vent stack. Cast iron pipes under home have heavy buildup and cracks along bottom of pipe. Recommend a hydroscrub to clean pipes and determine if they are eligible for pipe lining. -pulled each toilet in house -saw cut and break up concrete in front of left side windows to access cast iron pipe. -cut out 4 foot section of clay pipe -hydroscrub from each toilet to open section of pipe -install cleanout and camera line again -give further recommendations We will replace concrete we remove. We will remove charges for cable. We will also include 1 free cable if a backup occurs before we return for hydroscrub.
Dig up affected area and remove roots to access broken pipe. REMOVE AND REPLACE 3 FOOT OF CPVC/PVC/UPONOR ACCESS NOT INCUDE
Remove water from drain . Remove p trap Run cable 25 feet to break clog Put p trap back together Make sure clog is cleared
Stand alone tub drain is not in correct spot. Will need to break up concrete to move ptrap and install new drain. -remove tile -break up concrete -cut out existing pvc ptrap -move trap to new location -install new drain -concrete floor back in

Our customers water main sprung a leak under his trailer on a flared 90. For us to fix it we would have to unthread this old one and thread a new one on.
Customer called about main line backing up regularly. Camera inspection showed clay pipe wirh root intrusion in multiple areas. This 50 foot section needs to be replaced. -dig up from marked area before cleanout to marked area close to street -cut out and remove clay pipe -install 50 feet of pvc pipe -we will install 2 cleanouts Permitting and inspection included in price. 20 year warranty on pvc pipe.
