I wouldn't call my issues true emergencies but each time I have called they have worked me in, at least to have a look at my problem and suggest a workaround if parts needed to be ordered. They stay in touch and show up on time, and get the job done efficiently!

Customer called about finding water coming up from the floor in the bedroom. The laundry is on the other side of the wall. I can not see a leak when water is on and the meter is not moving. He still wants leak detection to come check it out. Called recon.

Looked at tankless heater, gave estimate to replace unit with one that is like the one they have per their request. Unit is Rinnai rre160in. Mike stated that he is going to be replacing in the next 2 weeks he just wants to do some research on the unit. Let him know I’ll follow up tomorrow
After pulling the toilet and running my cable, I pulled my cable out of the pipe and There is major root intrusion My camera only made it 10 feet out from the toilet flange and I was able to locate it on the right side of the house. We Will dig up the pipe once we dig up the pipe we will cut it and add a clean out. Once we add the clean out, we will be able to run our cable out to our clean out, tie our Jetter to our cable and run it back up to flange. We will also make sure that his main line is also clear. Once we clear out the line a bit We will be able to come up with some options of what we can do to fix root intrusion.
