I wouldn't call my issues true emergencies but each time I have called they have worked me in, at least to have a look at my problem and suggest a workaround if parts needed to be ordered. They stay in touch and show up on time, and get the job done efficiently!

Customer called about whole house backup. Ran cable through roof vent stack and dropped clog. Camera evaluation found moderate buildup inside of pvc sewer lines. There is a small section 25 feet in that is holding water. Recommend a hydroscrub of both bathrooms and main line -pulled each toilet -cable from each toilet to cleanout -hydroscrub from each toilet to cleanout -camera line after. We will give further recommendations if needed. There was extreme amount of calcium buildup inside abs sewer lines. Jetted these lines twice and removed as much buildup as I could. These pipes are in much better shape and flowing properly.

We will repipe the whole house sewer We will demo the bathroom floor. We will cut a trench from the bathroom though where the stove is located, Than continue the trench thru the fridge location than onto outside where the clean out is located. Went through shower drain couldn’t reach it then was going to pull the toilet, but realize that the shower drain was full and much The toilet flange so if I pull toilet, all the water would come out through the flange and up on the roof and cable through the bathroom vent stack when about 30 to 40 feet out clear the line everything drained down cleaned up the mess. Write estimate to pull both toilets and reset them along with a camera inspection to see how to fix this ongoing problem
