Run new 3/4" uponor line from water heater to outside building approx. 20' then copper down to first floor to feed sink and shower
Found toilet and shower backing up. Toilet line must be snaked.. Estimate: - Will cable through cleanout behind house to clear blockage - Will test to show working condition *If unable to clear blockage through cleanout, will give new estimate to pull toilet and snake directly Snaked through cleanout and was unable to clear. Toilet must be pulled. Estimate: - Will disconnect, drain, and remove toilet from bathroom - Will snake through toilet drain to clear blockage - Will test to show working condition - Will camera to investigate issue
Remove and replace existing 4" corrugated pipe in the backyard. Run a new pipe from the drain box on the downspout line out approx 40' total so it's past the tree line. Install a bubbler end. Also run a camera from the house's 2nd story patio down to the drain box where we start running new pipe. Inspect for any clogs or debris in that section.

We will install a cleanout in the front of the house From this point we will hydro scrub the line Once scrub is finish we will run a camera SAME DAY in order to inspect the lines If any work is needed we will bring it up to the customer . Bobby told customer that new would like them to be available at home while do the scrub.
A gas water heater heats water from a gas-fired burner located at the bottom of the tank. Hot water starts at the bottom and rises upward, where it is drawn off the top by a discharge tube cpvc pipes are old and may be brittle due to age. If cpvc pipe breaks an additional charge will be needed to add to invoice
Apex Plumbing will remove the old fill valve on the toilet located downstairs next to the garage. Once the fill valve is replaced, Apex plumbing will check for leaks and make sure the fill valve engages and shuts off correctly. All work performed through Apex plumbing will have a 1 year warranty .

Customer called about toilet flushing slowly after they cleared a clog. Tried to auger toilet and it was unsuccessful. Pulled toilet and ran camera. Line is clear. Flipped toilet upside down and found obstruction. Cleared wirh flathead and bucket vac.
