Mike did a great job diagnosing the problem with my electric water heater. He explained to me why the sediment build up had made it unrepairable. He also showed me how to flush the water heater to avoid the sediment build up in the future. He also explained that I needed a cutoff valve as a code requirement. I am grateful for his quality workmanship and attention to detail. He answered all of our questions. I look forward to working with Mike in the future!
