I had a slow drain in my kitchen. My repair person arrived and was able to not only fix the drain but also took the time to replace my sink and faucet which was on my home upgrade to-do list! Left my husband in charge. You totally took advantage of his inexperience dealing with service and pricing. A good nature type person did not respond to pricing and purchasing drain cleaner that does not work . Not to mention plumber having to see pipes in basement which no one else has ever done before starting work . Which resulted in my husband falling , which could have been very serious. When i made appointment I asked if price would be around $200. And she assured me it probably would as in the past. I will never deal with your company again and please come and pick up drain cleaner .
