Brian was very professional and gave me options on how to resolve the problem which was a ver y bad situation and cost me a lot of money if not resolved immediately. I only put 3 stars on cost- Im not sure didn't have another estimate. $1200 for a water leak just seemed high to me. But I had no choice had to get it fixed.
