Everyone I spoke to in this company was friendly, willing to listen to what was going on on our end, and very straight-forward on pricing policy. The person they dispatched to my home was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy-going. He was great about bringing in a tarp so he wouldn’t mess up our carpet. He answered all of my questions to the best of his ability. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.
