Kent knew the Viking appliances he serviced, he came promptly, he observed the performance of the appliances, went to work, took about 2 hrs., solved the problems by repairing the effected appliance, namely the refrigerator/freezer. He was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional! We were very pleased!
