I was very pleased with Kent's quick and efficient work on our over ten year old Refrigerator/freezer. Needed a new ice maker and he had it available on the truck and installed it and proceeded to completely check over the whole refrigerator and clean underneath it as well. Was very happy!!

I had a scheduled appointment between the hours of 9 to 1. 1 o’clock came and went, no call. Call Carter and was told I didn’t have an appointment. I recited my phone call when I called for the appointment and was put on hold. Was told I could have another appt on Monday. Not happy. My parts took 3 times as long as quoted to become available and was quite anxious to get my refrigerator up and running again. I was placed on hold again and then was told a tech would be out between 2 and 5. My refrigerator is working again

I repaired a sub zero refrigerator that was building ice on the back wall
Ge microwave was dead, unit had a blown fuse. The blown fuse is cause by a shorted capacitor and diode. Replaced components, unit works like new!
