I had a scheduled appointment between the hours of 9 to 1. 1 o’clock came and went, no call. Call Carter and was told I didn’t have an appointment. I recited my phone call when I called for the appointment and was put on hold. Was told I could have another appt on Monday. Not happy. My parts took 3 times as long as quoted to become available and was quite anxious to get my refrigerator up and running again. I was placed on hold again and then was told a tech would be out between 2 and 5. My refrigerator is working again
