My fiancé and I discovered we had a plumbing issues with our toliet! That job led into a hot water heater issue during the same day! Cole was very professional, explained our issues, went over the pricing and what he needed to do. He was actually trying that day. He went and got the parts and the trainee fixed the toilet. Cole was quick and had the job done neat and clean!! Today I wanted my tub and kitchen sink snaked. I requested Cole! He was on time, dressed professionally and got to work immediately. He discovered the tub didn’t need snaked, but that the tub parts had broken off and needed replaced. It was a big job. He had to cut a hole in my kitchen wall to get to tub he had the issue fixed in no time!! I can’t believe how quickly my tub drains!! My kitchen sink drains just a quickly now!! Casco has been to my house 3 times. Each time they have been very professional, explains whatever is going on and gives advice on what should be done! I wouldn’t go anywhere else after having Cole in my house and doing my repairs! I would also like to say that the person who schedules the appointments is also very professional and super nice!! The next time they come in a couple of weeks Cole will be installing my dishwasher!!! Thanks Casco and especially Cole!
