Devin first called to confirm that he could come to help us ! ( this was less than 15 minutes after we spoke to dispatcher). He came in -was able to asses the situation and explain clearly what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to find the issue and take care of it to allow us to return to our afternoon. We still need to update our plumbing and will be working with Devin again.
