Ran cable through laundry room cleanout and replaced angle stop in hallway bathroom. No warranty on stoppages.
Ran camera from 3” roof vent 115’ towards city sewer found one belly in line where build up in the cast iron was the worst but did not see any breaks in the line. Cast iron in bad shape under house and may need replaced or flex shaft remove some of the build up but worried he bottom is week and could break if flex shaft is ran. Clay tile outside of house in good shape all the way to city main. Camera line from roof vent towards city sewer.
Replace master toilet flapper and replace fill valve, flapper in upstairs bathroom and flapper in quest bath up stairs. Replaced flapper in master bath toilet. Replaced fill valve and flapper in sons bathroom and flapper in quest bath. Kitchen faucet not dripping all the time only when turns off after use for a few seconds I explained probably because how goose neck is.
Replaced drain lines under floor to shower and tub. Installed tub and drain lines to tub, And replaced tub faucet cartridge. Jackhammer concrete from tub area aprox 2-3’ towards toilet and haul off remove broken cast iron pipe and replace with pvc pipe and fittings at this time we do not not how far the damage goes but this is best case scenario. Once repaired backfill and replace concrete. Install tub and drain line for tub once concrete dries. Install new Moen shower cartridge on tub faucet customer is going to keep existing faucet. Estimate does not include any flooring, framin, or Sheetrock repair. All materials and labor invluded for job listed above. Had a coupon for $35.00
Disassemble trim kit to access cartridge to adjust hot water. There is no guarantee that this will fix the problem. Removed old gas valve. Install new gas valve for dryer.

We do not install vent for stove exhaust vent hood. Gas size inlet on giant stove is 3/4” and gas line coming out of wall is 1/2” no guarantee that it will work and we are not responsibility because we did not install gas line nor did we purchase stove nor did we indicate what gas line was coming out of wall would work. The price is cheaper to run new gas line because I have already deducted todays price if you have us come back to install new gas line if this doesn’t work.
Coast Plumbing Solutions to clear floor drain stoppage.
Coast Plumbing Solutions will be pulling a new 4 inch sewer line through the customers existing 4 inch sewer line using the hydraulic trench-less sewer pulling gear. The customer has has another plumbing company replace the main sewer line inside the building under the slab which will not be under any kind of warranty through Coast Plumbing Solutions Solutions. The sewer pull will be roughly 10’-12’ in distance and roughly 3.5’ in depth at the building which ends at 4.5” at the section of clay pipe cps will be tying back into. The customer is responsible for all permits needed for the work to be completed. If permits are not pulled from the customer and the city stop work due to the lack of permits, the customer will be charged for the scope of work that has been completed to that point. Coast plumbing is not responsible for any secondary repairs such as drywall, wood, paint, stucco, concrete or asphalt.
Coast plumbing solutions will need to return to the job for an additional scope of work to dig the ditch out and remove concrete and asphalt over to the building. There is to many utilities in the way to do the trench pull as is so we are going to try to tunnel and connect the inside to the outside. Dirt will need to be hauled off at this point due to to much in the alley, we will try to backfill with sand or pea gravel if permissable. If any additional work is added, there will be another add order sent to the customer to cover the new scope of work. Price for this scope of work is $6,864
