I called for help and Coast Plumbing was very responsive. They got to our house within 30-minutes. Professional and friendly staff all around. My one important criticism is that they charged me almost $500 to unclog the kitchen drain. I was stuck - who to call for emergency service during a once in 34-year blizzard? I had already called two other companies without success. I felt that I had little recourse in order to remedy the problem.

Camera main sewer line Camera sewer line from roof vent all the way to city sewer which is the front road aprox 20’ north of block wall. Found buried clean out on east side of house. Sewer in great condition all ABS pvc pipe and no problems with sewer. Gave estimate to move water heater and install tankless as well as Jack hammer concrete in hall bath to install sewer line for future washer hook ups.

Both toilets are 33 years old and should be replaced. Installed two new customer provided toilets. No warranty on toilets only labor against leaks on supply lines or wax seal. Any manufacturer problems or cracks in porcelain not warrantied. Checked for leaks and working great. Hauled old toilets away.

installed new 50 gal electric Bradford White water heater in garage Service fee.
Tighten hot side handle on left faucet and clean filter, and pop up not working on right side master lav. Also toilet needs augered and and seal replaced on flush valve. Augered and cleaned jet on toilet bowl that was plugged from hard water build up. Tightened handle on left side vanity hot side, and fixed loose plunger on pop up and replaced aireator. Looked at softener and found in by pass. Put softener in service and set to regin tonight

Looked at water heater and has been dry Since Saturday i found water heater temp all the way up so I believe the t&P went off and so I turned temp down one notch.

ran camera to inspect sewer lateral. Sewer later was in good shape no separation or root intrusion. About 50 feet from cleanout the abs transitions to clay. Both pipes are in good shape. Customer didn’t want a recording.
Kohler tub faucet dripping and needs new cartridge Replaced kohler cartridge in upstairs hall bath tub because of continuous drip. It is no longer dripping after cartridge change.
