So far Torrey has been great doing his work and honest and gives you what needs to be done, I have a house that was built 1969 and so far he has replaced some old pipes and redone the plumbing in my bathroom I am not sure how much other plumbers charge, but he does get the job done.

Jose came out to fix a leak under the laundry room sink. Turns out the faucet and valves, and everything else, was so old that parts were frozen or rusted and needed to be replaced. I'd wanted a new faucet anyway, and Jose did a great job installing and explaining the process to me, and the costs. He was both friendly and professional.

Camera main sewer line Camera sewer line from roof vent all the way to city sewer which is the front road aprox 20’ north of block wall. Found buried clean out on east side of house. Sewer in great condition all ABS pvc pipe and no problems with sewer. Gave estimate to move water heater and install tankless as well as Jack hammer concrete in hall bath to install sewer line for future washer hook ups.

ran camera to inspect sewer lateral. Sewer later was in good shape no separation or root intrusion. About 50 feet from cleanout the abs transitions to clay. Both pipes are in good shape. Customer didn’t want a recording.
Kohler tub faucet dripping and needs new cartridge Replaced kohler cartridge in upstairs hall bath tub because of continuous drip. It is no longer dripping after cartridge change.

Removed toilet run snake down line to clear stoppage and reset toilet.
Locate septic at guest and locate septic at main house will have to pull toilet at main house and dig up lids at both septics. Ran camera down guest house clean out and located septic lids only a few inches below ground, pulled toilet in main house and camera line to find septic and had to dig a little too uncover lids.
Flush tankless water heater to remove calcium build up along with any other build up that would cause problems with water heater in the future. Flushed Navien tankless water heater. Looked at bathroom faucets that drip and hall bath faucet really loose and needs tightened. Also at the barn looked for a leak coming from ceiling and determined the tub overflow is leaking only when tub is too full. Instead of going down overflow drain seal is worn out and new waste and overflow should be installed
Installation of growe kitchen faucet. With new angle stops.
Water heater flush. Flushed water heater to clear sediment. We are not responsible if the water heater stops working or starts leaking after service.
Cleared stoppage in kitchen sink. Ran snake under sink to clear stoppage. Ran lots of water to verify stoppage has been cleared. Reassembled tubular pipe and checked for leaks.
