We had Ethan as our technician, and… Not even joking one of the best plumbers we’ve ever worked with. We live in an old house and we had an emergency plumbing issue at night. He was beyond professional, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to take care of not only the problem, but to prevent it from happening again. He took initiative and contacted the city also which is unheard of to go that distance. We were so impressed by not only his amazing personality and great customer service, but the level of detail he took to do the job. If you’re in need of a plumber, there’s no better person or company. Definitely recommend him and Discount Plumbing. I also think it would be valuable to mention that the dispatcher on the initial call was very patient, kind and efficient. He had someone out to our house in less than 30 minutes on a Friday night… super professional. From start to finish, the entire experience was stellar.
