Still waiting for other plumbers to call me back after leaving messages on voicemail about my clogged drain. DrainPro has a good old (fashioned?) answering service. I talked to a real person, and got a call back from a plumber immediately with pricing and scheduling details. The technician he sent (Doug) was here within an hour. Very nice guy. Oh, yeah, and he fixed the clogged drain. Very please.
