They make everything very easy! I called and left a message with the call-in service and received a call back with in 10 minutes. With in an hour Doug arrived. He was excellent. He explained what he was doing and was very conscious about using tarps to keep our basement as clean as he could. When he finally broke through the clog he explained the cause of the clog and tested the line to make sure everything was flowing great. Overall GREAT service and experience. I would highly recommend Drain Pro!!!

Had s blocked drain line in my basement which I had tried with another plumber to clear unsuccessfully. Scott was very prompt and professional and was able to clear the blockage! Also used his video inspection service to check the line and he located a breakage which was causing problems. Would use again with no hesitation. He even cleared a slow bathroom sink drain for me at no additional charge!
