Engineer Plan For septic system Scope of services 1. Town hall research 2. Field survey to re-establish parcel boundary & Topo as required 3. Prep of Class D general location survey in accordance with the standards for survey and maps in the state of Connecticut as adapted by the Connecticut association of land surveyors, Inc. August 29 2019 and a septic repair plan in accordance wit public health code standards for sub surface sewage disposal systems ( variance may be required due to limiting site conditions) 4. Stake out of septic repair system NOT INCLUDED: 1. Deed Prep & Filing Fees 2. Boundary line agreement services 3. Excavation of soil test pits 4. Cut and removed about 20 feet of 3 inch pvc that was once going to outdoor trailer. Install 3 inch pvc Cleanout to the rest of the existing drainage pipe. Pipe is back to in original state . Tested for any leaks and ensure flowing properly. No further issue were found.
