We called Duane Plumbing early on a Saturday morning when we discovered a pipe had burst in our basement. Rich, the technician that came out was fast, efficient and very friendly. We had the water stopped within seconds and repaired the pipe quickly. He was also really helpful explaining what had gone wrong and how to proceed with the insurance company, etc. Would definitely call them again!
