Our tech, Chris, was great but company policies will keep me from calling them again. With other companies the service fee is credited toward your repairs, not with Duane Blanton. Customer service is also quite lacking when they know you are in a bind, they want to also charge a travel fee to get the parts needed for repair! We will call their competitors next time.
