The pipe behind my shower on the second floor developed a leak that seeped down below the shower drain thru the ceiling on the first floor. I was greeted by that when I returned home last Thursday about 10pm. I found Duane Blanton Plumbing after looking up reviews for the first few companies that came up when I searched for “burst pipes”. They had a 24/7 online chat available and their reviews were very favorable, so I set up an appointment for the next morning and someone came out early the next morning. PJ was the tech and he couldn’t have been more polite or professional. He diagnosed the problem and removed the least amount of drywall possible to effect the repair. Before he started he quoted me a range that seemed fair for the amount of work that needed to be done, between $490 and $700. I don’t have the invoice for reference, but he did the work and the final price came in on the low end like I was hoping. All in all, I highly recommend them if you’re reading this and thinking about hiring them to do similar work for you.

Anytime I needed to call the office, the customer service I receive was outstanding. Everyone there was very helpful. I really appreciated the way I was notified via text message when the tech was on the way and when he was done. Technician Scott Haberstroh went well above and beyond what anyone could expect. He contacted me when he arrived, as I had requested and then sent pictures of the completed work, again as I had requested.Great job all the way around.
