We recently had an installation of a whole house humidifier. The service technician who arrived for the job, Matthew Dedeo, was every homeowners dream ! Not only was he professional and knowledgeable in his field but extremely courteous. He took the time to explain all the steps he was doing and why. He also installed a shut off valve to bring the system up to code which the previous one didn’t have. He worked quickly but efficiently and left the finished job looking better than when he arrived ! He also had an apprentice with him and was an outstanding mentor to this young man in training. Matthew is truly an asset to Duane Blanton Plumbing...I would definitely request him again in the future!

Got home from work and had water coming up out of our basement shower drain. Called about 4:00pm the service techs were at my house by 5:30 and had the lines cleared out by 6:15. Very quick response time and the price wasn’t to bad.
