I've had Ramiro Michicol do two jobs for me, and I've been more than pleased with the work he's done. He sticks with it until the job is done with little or no stoppages. Further, he's willing to explain what's to be done and what he's doing while doing it as required. He's easy to talk to which made the work all the more pleasant. I'd be more than willing to have him back for the next job that I need doing. Now, with regard to cost, I suspect location and the times that dictate that. I'm not young and my reference frame for $ dips back to the 50s.

Everything was very professional. I have to admit I was a little shocked to being told that it would cost $750 to replace a toilet. Maybe it has been awhile since I had paid for something like this. If this did not happen my remodel would be a week behind since I was out of town. When I returned home the repairs were done and were exactly as we spoke about over the phone.
